主要研究领域是运营战略、供应链管理、雇佣关系管理等。主持过教育部人文社会科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金等省部级研究项目2项。在Total Quality & Business Excellence、《管理科学学报》、《管理工程学报》等杂志上发表学术论文10多篇。
